ABOUT US UPSCALE EVENTS
THE PARTY WITH A PURPOSE
Upscale Events was created in March 2002 for the “Thirty-Five and Over” crowd. From March 2002–2005, Upscale Events hosted the largest adult happy hour party in the City of Cincinnati. We brought the party back with a fabulous First Friday at the Hartwell Country Club that started on March 5, 2010. "The Original Este Review" was the most talked about “Thirty-Five and Over” event happening in the city.
When the Hartwell Country Club closed its doors, we moved in a new direction — “The Party With A Purpose.”
Upscale Events launched its dollar-for-dollar match in 2016. We have donated to various organizations such as Women Helping Women, Sickle Cell and SO-ACT (Serving Older Adults Through Changing Times).
Today, Upscale Events is about more than hosting a great party. We bring people together through entertainment, fellowship and memorable experiences while continuing our commitment to giving back to the community.
Over the years, our signature events have included The White Party, Hunt for Red October, The Chocolate Affair and our Annual Appreciation Cookout, along with special outings and experiences that have brought our community together.
Our purpose has also taken us beyond the party. Our community efforts have included support for Women Helping Women, Upsprings for Homeless (support for vulnerable individuals), food collections for the Free Store, and taking supplies to New Orleans following Hurricane Katrina.
For more than two decades, Upscale Events has created opportunities for adults to celebrate, connect, network and enjoy life, while recognizing that a successful event can also make a difference in someone’s life.
As we celebrate 25 years of Upscale Events, our direction remains clear: honor where we’ve been, celebrate where we are, and continue building a future centered around events, people, community and impact.
